In 2010 planning consent was granted on land at the Former Plymouth Fruit Sales site, Sutton Road, Sutton Harbour for a mixed-use scheme of apartments and a range of restaurant, retail and leisure uses on the site. However, this consent has since lapsed, the land remaining unused and over grown ever since.
Comcor (Shepherds Wharf) Ltd are now working with Plymouth City Council to bring forward new proposals for the site to include beautiful duel aspect apartments, retail, leisure and an enhanced public realm all on the waters edge aimed at creating a ‘go to area’ on Sutton Harbour and for Plymouth.
